Your boat can be launched from here directly from the beach with a 4 wheel drive or there are two boat ramps within 15 kms either direction. kawakawa bay boat ramp is accessible in all tides and kaiaua boat ramp you can take leisurely 30 min coastal drive south through kaiaua to the miranda hot pools which are natural mineral pools.. Casual usage of the boat ramp available for non members is $20 per day, payable on arrival at ramp the key goals and aspirations of the club include: providing safe and secure boat launching and recovery facilities for its members and the general public (who pay a fee)..
